  • All consignment fees are due at 1st of 30 day cycle.

  • $350/wk for barrel horses, $375/wk for breakaway/calf horses. Due on end of business day Mondays. Fee for TRAINING/CONSIGNMENT includes: feed/hay, board, professional pictures and ad, advertising fees. The weekly consignment fee DOES NOT include: farrier services, vet services, entry fees, or any other medical expense needed for horse.

  • All horses must carry an insurance policy, if there is no insurance policy in tact we are happy to provide an agent, and/or a liability waiver needs to be signed and on file.

  • All vet visits, farrier, chiropractic, etc will be approved by owner prior to work being done on horse.

  • All horses in on consignment or training will be ridden/worked 5 days a week… Wild Eye Ranch is closed on Sundays.

  • All horse schedules will be discussed/approved by owner in regards to entering, hauling, showings, etc… horses will not be worked on Sundays.

  • In the event that the horse in training/consignment is believed to be sore, or in need of rest… that will be discussed with owner and handled accordingly.

  • All tentative schedules are made on Sunday evenings. Lauren will provide list of locations she will be hauling to and owner may choose to have their horse hauled, exhibitioned, entered in race, etc and will be billed accordingly weekly. All money won on horse will be applied to next months bill.

  • Owner is allowed FREE lessons during process; lessons must be scheduled in advance with Lauren’s schedule.

  • At any point, owners are not happy with the process and choose to pick up horse prior to the 30 day cycle completion, they WILL NOT be refunded.

  • Owner must give Lauren a 2 week notification if they plan to cancel agreement and pick up horse prior to the set contract of training.

  • Owner and Agent will come to agreement weekly as to what horse “Needs” or does not need, in order to expedite process effectively. For example, some week’s horse may haul for 2-3 runs, and some weeks not haul and stay home for weekly tune ups.

  • If in the event the owner prefers a horse be entered or hauled to a certain race that Lauren does not plan to attend and/or does not plan to haul this horse to, the owner will be responsible for fuel, time, and entry fees for that event.

  • Schedules are done weekly. If owner prefers to know the agenda set for their horse that week, they can request via email or text for it.

  • Weekly logs are kept on all horses on the ranch, including diet, changes, problems, issues, advances, and workouts. Owner can request log at anytime via email to see what activity or issues have been going on with their horse.

  • We do not believe in training or seasoning a horse that is believed to be injured, or medically not 100% sound, therefore if Lauren believes horse needs attention medically, that will be notified to owner and scheduled before any other physical activity.

  • We believe in fixing and tuning horses from the inside out, so throughout process there will be recommendations of supplements to better the horse’s ability to do its job. It is the owners choice whether to take the advice and pay for supplements or to decline.

  • All showings on consignment horses will be done privately by Lauren Riley Howe acting as agent of horse.

  • All prices will be agreed to with Owner and Agent BEFORE any verbal or written agreement will be made with buyer.

  • All bill of sales and money transactions will happen through Lauren Riley Howe as agent via wire transfer, cashier’s check or cash with proof of receipt within a timely manner.

  • Payment for horse will be made directly to current owners. Once full payment has been received into bank account, or cash transaction in person, Lauren Riley (agent) will be paid 10% within 24hrs sale closing.
